باستخدامك لموقع متجر الجسمي (uaeuc.com) وإتمامك لأي عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. المتجر مرخّص من دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في دبي وتابع لمؤسسة عالم البطاقات لتجارة البطاقات الإلكترونية.
طبيعة المنتجات
جميع المنتجات المعروضة في المتجر هي منتجات رقمية (أكواد شحن وبطاقات إلكترونية)، ولا يتم شحن أي منتج مادي.
الأكواد الفورية: تُسلَّم مباشرة بعد إتمام الدفع عبر البريد الإلكتروني وفي قسم الطلبات داخل حسابك في المتجر.
منتجات “نشحنها لك”: يتم تنفيذ الشحن خلال 5 إلى 15 دقيقة من تأكيد الطلب، ويُشترط إدخال معرّف الحساب (ID) الصحيح عند الشراء.
مسؤولية العميل عن بيانات الطلب
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال معرّف الحساب (ID) ومنطقة/بلد المنتج بشكل صحيح قبل إتمام الشراء. لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية الشحن إلى حساب خاطئ نتيجة إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة من العميل.
طرق الدفع
نوفر حالياً طرق الدفع التالية:
- الدفع بالتقسيط عبر تابي (Tabby) مباشرة من الموقع
- التحويل البنكي
- روابط الدفع عبر واتساب المتجر
جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED).
مراجعة الطلبات والحد اليومي
لتجنب المعاملات الاحتيالية، قد يخضع الطلب للمراجعة اليدوية في حال تجاوز قيمته الحد اليومي المعتمد أو في حال وجود أي اشتباه. وفي هذه الحالة يتم إصدار الكود وتسليمه خلال يوم عمل واحد كحد أقصى.
سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
نظراً لأن جميع المنتجات رقمية ويتم تسليمها فور إتمام الطلب، فإن المنتجات الرقمية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو التبادل بعد إصدار الكود وتسليمه إلى حسابك أو بريدك الإلكتروني.
لذلك نرجو التأكد من المنتج المطلوب وتفاصيله (النوع، الفئة، المنطقة/البلد) قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
الأكواد غير الصالحة
نضمن أن يكون الكود المُسلَّم مطابقاً للوصف وصالحاً للاستخدام. في حال لم يعمل الكود، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من وقت التسليم عبر واتساب المتجر أو على البريد support@uaeuc.com، مع إرفاق إثبات الشراء وصورة من رسالة الخطأ، وسيتم حل المشكلة في أسرع وقت ممكن.
حسابات العملاء
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخول حسابه في المتجر، وأي عمليات تتم عبر الحساب تُعد صادرة عن صاحبه.
الخصوصية
يخضع جمع بياناتك واستخدامها لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالمتجر. للاطلاع عليها، يرجى زيارة صفحة سياسة الخصوصية.
التعديلات على الشروط
يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، ويسري التعديل من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة.

Terms & Conditions
By using the Aljassmi Store website (uaeuc.com) and completing any purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The store is licensed by the Department of Economic Development in Dubai and operates under Alam Albitaqat for Electronic Cards Trading.
Nature of Our Products
All products offered in this store are digital products (top-up codes and electronic cards). No physical item is shipped.
Instant codes: Delivered immediately after payment is completed, via email and in the Orders section of your store account.
“We top it up for you” products: Processed within 5 to 15 minutes of order confirmation. A valid account ID must be provided at the time of purchase.
Customer Responsibility for Order Details
The customer is responsible for entering the correct account ID and the correct product region/country before completing the purchase. The store is not liable for a top-up delivered to the wrong account as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer.
Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Instalments via Tabby, directly on the website
- Bank transfer
- Payment links sent through the store’s WhatsApp
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Order Review and Daily Limit
To prevent fraudulent transactions, an order may be subject to manual review if its value exceeds our approved daily limit or if anything appears suspicious. In such cases the code is issued and delivered within one business day at most.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Because all products are digital and are delivered as soon as the order is completed, digital products are not refundable, exchangeable, or returnable once the code has been issued and delivered to your account or email address.
Please make sure of the product you want and its details (type, denomination, region/country) before completing your purchase.
Invalid Codes
We guarantee that the delivered code matches its description and is valid for use. If a code does not work, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the store’s WhatsApp or at support@uaeuc.com, attaching proof of purchase and a screenshot of the error message. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customer Accounts
The customer is responsible for keeping their store account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through the account is considered to be made by its owner.

Changes to These Terms
The store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendment takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
