البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتنفيذ طلبك وتقديم الدعم لك:

  • الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف عند إنشاء الحساب أو إتمام الطلب
  • معرّف الحساب (ID) الخاص باللعبة أو الخدمة، في منتجات الشحن المباشر
  • تفاصيل الطلبات وسجل المشتريات
  • بيانات تقنية تُسجَّل تلقائياً مثل عنوان IP وتاريخ ووقت الزيارة ونوع المتصفح والموقع الذي أحالك إلينا

لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات بطاقتك البنكية على خوادمنا إطلاقاً. تُعالَج عمليات الدفع بالكامل لدى مزوّدي الدفع المعتمدين.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

  • تنفيذ طلبك وتسليم الكود أو إتمام الشحن
  • التواصل معك بخصوص طلبك وتقديم الدعم الفني
  • إدارة حسابك في المتجر
  • مراجعة الطلبات المشبوهة ومنع الاحتيال

الأساس القانوني للجمع

  • خدمات إرسال البريد الإلكتروني لتسليم إشعارات الطلبات والأكواد
  • خدمات تحليل الزيارات لفهم استخدام الموقع

ويجوز الكشف عن البيانات إذا طُلب ذلك بموجب القانون أو بأمر من جهة قضائية أو تنظيمية مختصة.
